Please follow these steps:
Step 1. Click on the help button
Step 2. ‘open‘ or ‘run‘ this program (say “yes”)
Step 3. If prompted, say yes to ‘Allow remote access‘
Step 4. if you have an ID and PASSWORD displayed, please TEXT it to us
Step 5. Leave the TeamViewer window open on the screen
Step 6. Stand back and be prepared to be amazed!
